I've really wanted to get into speedrunning as a legit hobby, instead of just learning tricks for games. It's not a crazy time, but it's amazing to have found a game that clicks and brings me so much joy. I really want to hit a 1:30:00 and then continue whittling from there.

Speedrunning is so cool and so much fun I learned the Penny's Big Breakaway run over the last couple weeks and started doing runs. I did my first run last night and got a 2:20(ish, unofficial didn't set up the timer) and then today I got this 1:54:44!

I made slime cookies today!

God, this game looks so awesome.

What's a game that got you through a hard time?

I played DQXI throughout the stint where Covid caused a lockdown and finished it about 2 weeks after as I waited to figure out what my job would look like. Since then, I made it a mission to buy and play every mainline game in the series.
