With the rise of the AI, governments must ensure basic human dignity in the form of universal access to food, water, and shelter.

I think there is something else that we can all agree upon: everyone deserves dignity.
While there are several formulations of what basic human dignity should encompass, I believe things like access to food, water, and shelter are incontrovertible.

But maybe not so great. Is the role of government simply wealth redistribution?
Might UBI disincentive work? Won’t UBI accelerate already rampant inflation?
It’s unclear to me that UBI is a mechanism we all can agree upon.
