When I was younger reading words I was unfamiliar with, I would make the pronunciation up in my head. While I knew the definition of the words, my head was filled with mush. I do the same when reading the Bluesky handles. I read .bsky as 'Banksy'. As in the street artists name.
That's OK with me.
