Im just gonna slam any old item in any old chest, until it becomes unbearable. Then I'll spend an hour sorting them. This order will last approximately 8 seconds before the slamming starts again.

Games like Killing floor and Deep Rock Galactic that use sound design to tell you when an elite enemy is nearby, no mini map needed. The shiver that runs up my spine when I hear a Scrake rev up it's chainsaw let's me know it's time to lock in!

Earthsea books by Ursula K. Le Guin are profound and deeply personal.
Kings of the Wyld by Nicholas Eames is an exciting comedy romp.

Another excuse to talk about Deep Rock Galactic! DRG seem like a dreadful company to work for. The corporate rivalries are highly dangerous for the employees, there doesn't seem to be company benefits and you have mission control in your ear. But at least you get to chill in the abyss bar! FOR KARL!

Mission Control in Deep Rock Galactic, there are so many voice lines to comment on degenerate gamer behaviour. Throw too many barrels into the loading zone? Dancing for too long? Stood with the gang tagging a gold nugget? He has something to say about that. They're so well written too!
