A trick I learned to make them a little fluffier is to substitute bread flour for the regular flour. I usually substitute between a third to a half bread flour. It really helps whenever you use all butter and no oil

Was invited to watch a scene from Twister being filmed. Obliviously standing next to the food table when someone asked if I was getting food. It was Helen Hunt. I said “oh,sorry” & got out of the way.
