For everyone else in North America, Simon & Schuster will be fulfilling bookstore orders from their warehouse in Jackson, Tennessee, between now and the US/Canada publication date which is set for 2nd December. 3/3

I won’t be there but there will be in-person readings from contributors to the book and I will be answering questions posed by ticket holders via a pre-recorded video. The store have also promised to provide BB-inspired snacks (Marmite soldiers? Chocolate kisses?) and conduct a trivia contest 2/3
