That "Trans" thing was from a stamp on a 9mm casing. It was the initials of the manufacturer. I forget the name. 9mm does not have the accuracy to assassinate from 200 yards.
Actual ammunition was a 30-06 which absolutely has the velocity and accuracy to assassinate.
