As the scheme to steal Russia’s money flops and none of Ukraine’s “allies” want to fight the war if they can’t pay with someone else’s money a diplomatic settlement emerges. It is self evident that it was the west who could have stopped the war at anytime

Not understanding the difference between a robber baron stealing wealth and an entrepreneur is the ceiling boys

It’s weird because at minimum performing negotiating in good faith would be good politics and help them reach their goal but they actually prefer to show they can bully indigenous nations and the province of BC. 🧐

The sane people have a hard time these days making the case they are legitimate

Russia is excluded from achieving anything through diplomacy in the European sphere. As long as this is the case they will try to achieve their objectives through war. Why is that hard to understand?

The frozen Russian assets are what’s behind this! The 28 point plan was a vehicle for reminding Europe they need the ability to pay those back to negotiate.

The Europeans are reaching a crisis because they can’t afford to continue the war but using those funds would be “Crossing the Rubicon.”
