I agree with Deborah and would add to be careful with processed foods and sugar. I have a jar of mixed nuts for snacking. Also, you may want to think about joining a gym. It's good to have someplace to go and be around others who are also working toward better health. Good luck 🙂

Even if I do care, he should serve his time. I care about my daughter, but if she committed a crime, she should serve her time. She shouldn't get special privileges just because I'm the president. That's not fair to anyone.

Do the crime, do the time. If Hunter was convicted in a court of law, he should serve his sentence like anyone else. Props to Joe Biden for being a more law-and-order president than his predecessor/successor will ever be.
