As long as education is seen as a product and not a process, tools like chatGPT will proliferate and embed themselves into our schools. :-(

I understand the short term: civic action, voting, and civil disobedience. But the fracturing of truth within our country seems an impossible chasm to bridge.

I remember when people started using credit cards online. I was like "no way, it will never be safe". I was a late adopter to online shopping, but now I don't think about it. I wonder if it will be that way with ssh/llm's.

As a high school computer science teacher, I can tell you that chatGPT (and other LLM's) are throwing a massive grenade into our traditional models of assessment, teaching and learning. The only current way to address this is oral interviews - arduous and time-consuming.

your assertion lacks nuance. Not "everything" he says is wrong. Rogan helps me to see how people see thing differently than me. This is his primary value to me (and when he asks the world's greatest minds about UFO's).
