Given the very long patient transfer times at ED (and likely to get worse) it may be time to redesign ambulances to enable long term care. A kitchen would be great for patients and crew as would an ensuite. Not so sure about the toilet in the kitchen.

Seems like a lot of people posting about libraries, so here is a quite nice library where I managed to get a borrower card, but was then disappointed to find not a lot on paramedicine
