Suffer from laryngeal spasms (cannot breath) from radiation to throat for HPV cancer. Specialists taught me to slowly breathe in through nose, exhale through pursed lips. Exhale 2x longer than inhale. Really works to lower my anxiety when I cannot breathe and spams are much shorter.
