PTFE tape works SO WELL on old drawers that are jamming due to friction/ racking against the frame!

I got it on AliExpress and put it on the runners and anywhere the sides of the drawer were scratched.

They glide like silk now!

It always bothers me when the cap colors don’t match the pen.

Glass cabochons from Ali, and little #lasercut paper dots that I glue on using tacky craft glue.

The smallest things soothe my soul sometimes. 😆

A little experiment before I sleep.

Laser engravings in glass filled with a mixture of gold pigment, bees wax and linseed oil (a DIY “Rub n Buff”).

Carnuba wax would be better I think. It’s harder/glossier. And the deeper and uglier the engraving, the better it looked filled, so more passes

Reverse engineered and #LaserCut this recessed “French Matting” technique with inverted filets at the corners and a chamfer/beveled edge.

The burned edge leaves something to be desired, but it’s still a cool effect! Will look better in a frame.

I finished off a fancy laser cut pendant today. :) It felt so good to make something!

I have been struggling with my health (pain+energy).

But I did make this fretwork arch for my hall using my CNC (Shapoko) and Millmage.

There’s a little joint under the keystone so I could fit it in my machine and fingers in a groove on the sides.
