Ditto. Though I‘ve stopped wearing contacts as I moved into progressive lenses - omg, the cost! Progressive lenses + thin lenses + coating + decent frame = huge cost. They are now soothing me in the eye exam by saying oh, just wait until you get cataract surgery, you won’t need glasses at all!

Our primary program will include both the House and Senate. And after the primary — whatever happens — we will rally behind the winner and crush the regime electorally in the midterms just like we did this last week.

We get the party we demand and we intend to demand a Democratic Party that fights.

This isn’t about left vs. right.

This is about fighting back vs. losing.

I was trying to imagine the other day, in response to a local dumping of two dogs, how anyone could do this to their own pets in particular. I tried to imagine myself doing it with any of our dogs and literally ended up in tears. Like, how does someone DO this? Boggles my brain.
