What is my new book, "Freeing Teresa," about? Trying to stop my siblings from putting my sister Teresa into a nursing home in 2013. I failed. Then I helped her get free. Teresa's the tip of the iceberg. There's a long history of segregation faced by people with disabilities—and it’s still happening.
