I like Stork margarine because I’ve only got one leg 😀
I have to confess I love the iX. Yes it’s buck toothed and too expensive, but it’s a great car

If Ford had any sense they would launch an electric Fiesta inspired by the XR2

Renault has shown how to do this with the R5

Tidal power is great in theory, but under the sea is just such a harsh environment. Let’s see if anyone cracks it

Yes, failing to upgrade the grid in good time was a mistake

We already have lots of inter-connectors and electricity goes in both directions

They do, and pay goes up a lot less

Headteacher pay starts at £58,569, what do consultants get paid?
November 14, 2025 at 1:41 PM
They have completed their medical degrees and become doctors, that is true. They are still in training in those foundation years

They also get paid extra for nights, weekends and on call. So no resident doctor is actually taking home the basic rate

Bravo to the Republic of Ireland 👏
November 13, 2025 at 9:46 PM
Because at that pay scale they are still a doctor in 1st year training

You are not talking about experienced specialists

A fun night at the theatre

Moulin Rouge was great 😀

It's thoroughly miserable weather in the W Midlands today, grey and raining

Really not great for solar, but I'm still generating enough to run the house *and* trickle charge the batteries
November 12, 2025 at 12:20 PM
The UK is currently 59.4% powered by wind 😀

Audiences struggled to work out how Sgt Ernie Nocker of Fort Zuassantneuf, Ageria ended up as Sergeant Ernest Bilko of Fort Baxter, Kansas

The Bonne Maman hazelnut chocolate spread is nice and has no palm oil

6x6 Feather edge board from B&Q £60

6x3 Sold as seen slight second solar panels from Midsummer Wholesale £28

So yes, you can get solar panels cheaper than a *decent* fence panel

Great call, it was epically bad 😃

Stood from Marylebone to Moor Street recently on a late train

It wasn't a lot of fun. This was out of it, bit envious 😂

Can you do this chart but by groups, not brands?

I think it would give a clearer impression of who is doing the most to sell BEVs

I know there is the pie chart, but it's not as easy to see
November 8, 2025 at 9:31 AM
The graphic suggests UK BEV share is 10%

Think is should be 23%
November 7, 2025 at 7:25 PM
This one was a real hail Mary

28 options apparently, just guessed lucky

That's 50 twos 😃

Wordle 1,602 2/6

I'm extrapolating

Ford's BEV sales were up by 132% YoY and that's not people rushing to buy the Crapri 😆

The Puma Gen-E qualifies for £3500 in Electric Car Grant and Ford will install a car charger for free. They now have something people want

To the American right wingers commenting on violent crime in the UK - you have had 374 mass shootings in 2025, 366 people have been killed and 1668 injured

The UK is a safe place
November 3, 2025 at 9:15 AM
Meanwhile the USA has clocked up 374 mass shootings in 2025
November 3, 2025 at 9:13 AM
But there isn't even 1 train an hour to Birmingham International. With more capacity into New Street there could potentially be another 8 direct trains & that will link to HS2 trains on to London
