I've sent comments supporting the Glebe Farm utility solar application by Ethical Power. It's a good site for a small 10MW installation. Proximity to other solar farms may test the interpretation of "cumulative" in the Planning Regs - but they're all small waitingtocreditmarvels.net/glebe-farm-w...

Good news that the small solar farm for IBM HQ at Hursley has been approved without reference to the Planning Committee. Whilst it's not a complete solution for powering a data centre, the direct wire configuration from nearby landowner is a good model datacentremagazine.com/critical-env....

Latest solar farm application in Winchester District is from Ethical Power. For first time in our District the submissions include a Supply Chain Report which sets out "to state with high confidence that there is no forced labour within the production of our photovoltaic modules."
