Let's say unidentified Feds snatch someone who has not committed a crime and send them, without due process, to a prison in a foreign country. Is this a high crime or a high misdemeanor? Or not a problem?

@maddow.msnbc.com In light of the contempt of court by the Department of Justice, the bench should issue a Contempt of Court to Pam Bondi since she is the AG. The judge should also file a complaint with the ABA to have Pam Bondi's law license removed.

My message to Warner & Kaine: Dear Senator, I am requesting that legislation be entered by which Ukraine would be made a protectorate of the United States. This would also force Republicans in Congress to take sides with either Ukraine and Democracy or Russia and authoritarian dictatorships.

Soil is divided into layers. The A layer contains most of the organic matter. The B layer has little or no organic matter. In many places in the world, the A layer has disappeared. We are largely farming the B layer using fertilizers. We need to turn B layer dirt into A layer soil.

In the eastern U.S., the amount of organic matter in farming soils is 1.5% or less. Some microbiologists say that there must be a minimum of 3% organic matter to grow plants without inorganic fertilizers. Higher is better.

The talking heads on TV and journalists have been pondering why the Democrats lost the presidential election. Wealth inequality and elitism are rising to the top of the list of causes. This leads to the conclusion that Bernie Sanders was right.

When Europeans came to the western hemisphere, most land was covered with virgin top soil (organic matter). Unsustainable farming practices have caused most of this organic matter to be washed into the oceans.

The Founding Fathers developed the US Constitution based on The Enlightenment philosophers. The Enlightenment era needs to be taught better in school.
