I live in New Orleans, which has a large Honduran population--or had one. The road construction all around my house has almost completely stopped. I spoke with the foreman, and he told me that almost no one is showing up to work anymore. They've either gone home or are cooped up in their apartments.

Lawrence has really gotten better over the last year or two. This is excellent.
