Just assisted a post doc with his first NIH K99 proposal for submission next Wed. to NIH. I know how hard he worked. Will it even make it to a study section?

I wish I was a cartoonist. I have a picture in my mind of Trump sitting in a straight jacket, with wild crazy eyes, hair askew behind his desk in the oval office, spewing off all kinds of nonsense (I want to annex x,y,z country....). Is there anyone out there that would take this on for me...lol
