Burger review no 3
Bacon Double Cheeseburger XL from Burger King
This is not a "good" Burger. The beefs alright and I'm partial to the American cheese-like product, but the bacon is underdone and the bun falls to bits.
With a hangover however, this is greasy medicine.
4/10 sober 7/10 hungover.

Burger review no 3
Bacon Double Cheeseburger XL from Burger King

Burger review no.2 Aberdeen Angus Burger with cheese and bacon from The Baby Grand in Glasgow.
Clearly high quality meat and the construction was on point. Pickle was an ingredient, but pickle as in chutney, unexpected, but not unwelcome. Tomatoes nice and thin — not distracting.
Overdone bun. 7/10

Beautiful chewy beef with great fries. However this proved to be an good example of two problems I have with burger design.
1) Over built, if I can't get my big gob round it, it's too big.
2) Tomatoes are a vestigial organ.

Beautiful chewy beef with great fries. However this proved to be an good example of two problems I have with burger design.
