It looks like funding for a "comprehensive homeless campus" is no longer the Governor's top budget priority. Could he have cooled on the idea after one if the campus's top proponents said it should be an "involuntary detention" center?

It looks like Cox is backing away from the idea of a comprehensive homeless campus a bit. $25 million may not be enough money to pave over the wetlands & make the site fit to start construction. It is not close to enough to build a mental hospital & jail. www.ksl.com/article/5141...
