I've had this discussion. I've got a motorcycle with aftermarket pipes that are very helpful in ensuring complacent old blokes in their urban battlefield Prados open their eyes enough to not accidently attempt to kill me. Yes, the pipes can sometimes be a bit loud - but made you look!

Took me a while to warm to the changes from the books, but after a few wobbles in the first season it's done great things with Azimov's future history. Hopefully it gets renewed for season 4 - and we don't have to wait until 2027.

Activists often think "everyone knows" about the cause that they live and breathe. Some see those coming later as having changed their minds from prior odious views, rather than having gained awareness of the cause. Hence the punishment by the old guard. Genuine converts won't care, though.

They'd better hope not. Because essentially that strategy worked out so well for Russian oligarchs. Many high windows in the USA.

I doubt it will make any difference. His base just won't listen to anyone who doesn't align with their view of Trump. The 'outraged' influencers are not the regular MAGA voter, they're in it for the money - which the base supplies. If they don't pander to the indoctrinated base, they don't get paid.

No, it's not. Trumpists are just willfully ignorant, self-absorbed jerks. Although some may have concurrent mental disorders.

You're kidding, right? Many of those leaving the Parliament were supportive of policies that would have swiftly taken the jobs of tens of thousands, many of those without adequate assistance to 'adapt' to the loss of their livelihood and possessing much more modest resources.

"He has held a number of positions supporting diversity and inclusion including a short stint as the ABC's Head of Diversity and Inclusion." This is what happens when a self-absorbed (or self-righteous?) 'commitment' to diversity loses sight of the fact that génocidaires can never be tolerated.

Might lose you less subscribers than you think, looking at the steadily dwindling support for Albo and Labor less than 4 months out from the latest practical date for the next election.

Supermarkets are weird, late at night. Seems like just another of those things that never happened. Though lately they seem to be not happening more, and more.
