Re how the WTF Hype Train (WHT) crosses oceans,
I've assumed WHT is like The Magic Schoolbus and transforms as needed.
So for cross-ocean it morphs into a Wing-in-Ground-effect (WIG, or Ekranoplán), one step above Hydrofoil (minimal wet area drag but still some) and Hooverkraft (curtain wet).

James Devine & Co spirits retailer was at that addresson Wash. (1800) by 1880 directory, but not in 1875, when a saloon was there.
(I'm amused they claim their brick bldg was erected in year of it's address)
So presumably this is the south corner of Washington St at Northampton St in the South End.

FDR personally dedicated a(n) NHLM at Ft Christina, Wilmington, because his ancestor had been Dutch Vice Governor after the Swedes folded:
