Wealth tax is a start. Minimum income tax of 10% for anyone above the 3x poverty rate, will also help. To control wealth inequality, limit the CEO total compensation to 70x that of the lowest paid worker.

There are so many more. Point a gun at someone, threatening their live. You are the aggressor. If that person fear for their safety and well being, you might wind up dead or injured.
