197 AUB undergrad students have applied for the current MRVP/MRVP-Int'l call @ AUB. Up to date, 58 students have been matched to work with 10 PIs from AUB & 13 PIs from 11 int'l institutions. Matching will continue on a rolling-basis as soon as new projects open.

What a beautiful afternoon! I got a surprise visit by two former members of our #TrEd_Team_AUB Dr. Perla Ibrahim & Dr. Clara Salame! Perla is starting her ophthalmology practice in Baltimore. Clara received her PhD in Nutrition from UIUC & after Postdoc in France, she works in consultancy in France.

I am leaving today on an academic tour. I will be visiting 4 universities in USA & will attend the ACS meeting in Washington. I will get back to Beirut in the evening of Aug 24th & will give my first Chem 225 lecture for the Fall semester at AUB on Aug 25th.

Celina Boujaoude wore her white coat yesterday marking the beginning of her clinical training. She was the coordinator of our #TrEd_Team_AUB team in 2022-2023. She led the organization of the 2022 Makhlouf Haddadin Symposium, the 2023 AUB ChemCarnival & much more. Very proud of you Celina!
