I think getting to the hormone levels right (and right as in where oneself feels it needs to be) is more important then how much meds you actually take.
And as someone who has just recovered from nonexistent E levels (partial fault in understanding my own levels), it's not fun being off like that

I think Informed Consent (with additional help for those who need it) is the correct way to go, but at least WPATH's SOC is a way to give care to people. Something that can't always be said about countries that have their own or a weird hybrid standards of care. (or no care at all)

I would likely caution any democrats (especially in blue states) to be very cautious.
It could be a single incident, but i'm also worried it might be a greater plan to try and make blue states more red.

For me California is no longer a blue state, and the future will tell if flip to a red state or go back to blue.
