Council leader says "everything we do is being looked at" with regards to cuts. But they don't seem to want to take a cold hard look at the fiasco that is the North West (non)Relief Road.

Yep, I've found a few Sainsburys and Tesco's that are providing good cycle parking. Unfortunately not in my home town of Shrewsbury.
