Winter wet season here now in the PNW of the US. We still squirt year round though. After the initial strip it’s maintaining just like regular lubes. Plus easy to carry a little bottle and maintain the chain when bikepacking.

We are a Squirt wax family vs hot. Stripping and cleaning the chain takes a minute to prep, but where we are at it’s very dry and dusty for half the year. So wax really helps keep that grime out of the drivetrain and keeps our right calves nice and clean!

Are we talkin a workbench or a workbench with no clutter? If the latter, I need to hit that milestone!

And the primary reason I got her one was for an upcoming 5 day/stage gravel race/ride she’s doing in 2026. I want her to be able to quickly and safely crank up psi/bar for pavement and not be afraid to drop it back down on the chunk knowing that she can quickly reinflate to a set pressure.

I like Russ and have been following his channel for years, but I’m. It a mini e-pump hater. In fact I just got one for my wife. I get the e-waste thing and do struggle with that, but just make sure to properly ecycle when it finally shits the bed.

My little town in the middle of nowhere Oregon started building one last summer with progressive jump lines too. Got so excited I went out and bought me a shiny new DJ that hasn’t been out of the house. Maybe someday they’ll finish it. Now I’m thinking at 50ish do I need to be hitting jump lines!

And yes that is a little alien squeaky toy (named AL) that I stole from our dog and mounted on my bar! 😋

I dig my knog oi, it’s all black though and blends in almost unnoticeably on my bars. They come in silver, copper, and brass colors too. I really like the sound and how clean it is on my bar.
