Awful. That type of thing is why we started bike bus! It’s social infrastructure for places where physical infrastructure creates potential traffic violence.

This is more than a disagreement. We live in a country in which women don’t have the same legal rights over their body that me . In which immigrants (and citizens) are being rounded up and disappeared. In which conservatives are taking away basic human rights. This is not what makes strong towns.

True! Rather than shaming and shunning them, I’ve reached out to moms (and dads) of this ilk. We’ll get nowhere by polarizing blaming. Asking questions, inviting in, finding common ground—this is how we all win.
