The data show clear signs of a street that is functioning at a higher capacity, serving more people, and reducing dangerous activity along a busy pedestrian corridor.
Discontinuing enforcement of our laws without a comparable replacement would be a disservice to our community.

The data show clear signs of a street that is functioning at a higher capacity, serving more people, and reducing dangerous activity along a busy pedestrian corridor.

Prior to implementation, the city conducted monitoring at intersections along Washington and found constant blocking of bike lanes, clogged bus stops, and overstayed loading zones.
The success of CLEAR has been immediate and impactful.

Preliminary data has proven CLEAR to be effective at keeping Washington Street safe and productive. The pilot should be extended until #Hoboken has a suitable replacement for enforcing parking violations.

Early voting is NOW through Nov 2nd. Make a plan to cast your ballot and have your voice heard. The uptown early voting location is under the viaduct, next to Bwe Kafe, and across from Hoboken Grace Church. You can also vote downtown at City Hall.
