There are a lot of slowly dying towns in NYS once you get north of Rockland or maybe Orange Cointy. Calling them fly-infested seems a bit unfair tho

Yeah, it’s totally bonkers. I also think it’s gross to salivate over the prospect of the U and/or the city coming under severe hardship, but that kind of misanthropy seems to be pretty on-brand for the heavy duty NIMBYs

Based on some of his other comments, he seems to think that UM and/or the national economy are going to take a huge hit due to federal policy changes, which would then allow A2 NIMBYs to live out their pastoralist dreams or something.

I’d want one for “truck stuff“ – carrying 8 foot boards, picking up bulk orders of mulch, stuff like that. It would absolutely need to have a low hood and excellent visibility.

I have a Crosstrek and commute by bike, but I would definitely be tempted by something like this or a street legal Kei truck. How does the Outback and trailer combo handle when the trailer is loaded? What size loads can you put on the trailer?
