"I'm so excited to not have to think about this stupid parking lot ever again after today. ... I voted for this City Council to make decisions, and if every time there's one that someone doesn't like, they throw out a referendum like this. It's just such a waste of everyone's time," McHugh said. "Two parking lots that haven't been in use for roughly five years now are not doing anyone any good. We have a perfectly good parking garage right next door, and it's not like people have been circling the block for the last five years."

All pine branches complete. The odd spaces between flowers are filled pine green. Little light green leaf boughs are being filled with fishbone stitch, 3/6 done. Game: As @ Red Sox Game 2

Has an enquiring mind, never gives up, sometimes feels a sense of responsibility. HEATHER (4) a lively young sheep, doesn't always think before she speaks. CLOUD (5) the woolliest sheep in the flock. MOPPLE THE WHALE (6) the memory sheep: once he has seen something he never forgets it. A very stout Merino ram with round spiral horns, almost always hungry. OTHELLO (7) a black Hebridean four-horned ram with a mysterious past. ZORA (8) a Blackface sheep, with a good head for heights, the only ewe with horns in George Glenn's flock. RAMESES (9) a young ram whose horns are still rather short. LANE (10) the fastest sheep in the flock, a pragmatic thinker. SARA (11) a mother ewe. A LAMB (12) who has seen something strange. CORDELIA (13) likes unusual words. MELMOTH (14) Sir Ritchfield's twin brother, a legendary ram who disappeared. MAISIE (15) a naïve young sheep. THE WINTER LAMB (16) a difficult lamb, a troublemaker.
