Twelve is genuinely really good at controlling space but it's just that the numbers are so low that getting controlled isn't even a big deal if they don't have super it's fucked

They're generally a lil better for the most part but SA3 being fucked up good is the crux of why he's high tier in 2i

Sean's aura is crazy it's tragic his legacy is 4th best character in the very niche SF3 and Dan at home in the version of SF3 that still gets played regularly

It's genuinely alright, especially after SA2 you get an extremely long knockdown that gives you time to set up actual ball mix

He absolutely does have the best forward dash of the shotos even if he's the worst at doing stuff w it, same speed as Ryu and Akuma's with more distance travelled
