Being busy this morning crocheting a hat! 🧶
I plan on gifting this for our annual White Elephant Gift Exchange where I work in about a month. I definitely needed the YouTube tutorial for this one. My first attempt had too many stitches happening. This is my first crochet beanie hat project.

Thinking the next crochet project may be a daisy granny square blanket for my sister for the holidays. I haven't done a granny square blanket yet, and every time I see the daisy pattern, I think of how much it screams her! 🧶

This one was completed and gifted for a wedding a few days ago. The yarn is a 15% wool-blend from Hobbii Yarns called Wool Blend Tweed. The Blanket Pattern is called Fisherman's Afghan. The custom leather patch is from WomanHollerinDesigns on Etsy.

I never knew this was something the National Park Service had on their website! Can't wait to dig around to see what else they have on there. 🌵

The latest finished blanket project. This one was a belated wedding gift for some friends who used to live down in NOLA. Since they're moving back, its the perfect "welcome back" gift!

An ombre baby blanket I made for a co-worker two years ago. I used the Bernet Ombre Blanket Yarn cake, and had to coordinate where I stopped using one and started on the other so my color would fade correctly.
This shade of pink reminded me of strawberry. 🧶

Boy, practice does work, doesn't it? Back in November 2022, I took my first Intro Into Crochet class and the first little rectangle... was not much of a rectangle. I'm happy to say that my edges look much more uniform now.

The first blanket I ever crocheted! I did this one back in 2023 and clearly didn't have a plan because the dimensions ended up being fairly funky. It does lay across the end of a queen-sized bed nicely, though.

The very first Grannt Hexagon Sweater I ever made. I learned quite a bit from this project, like making both halves simultaneously means your sleeve cuffs will be even. 🧶
