There is zero awareness of her part in this! No one, absolutely no one cuts off a parent for no reason. I spent 45 years being made to feel like nothing. My therapist finally convinced me to go nc and I had 18 months of quiet before she died in 2022. My only regret was not doing it sooner

Thankfully we managed to finally obtain the ear of a sympathetic gp and the wheels are in motion. Not a cure but definitely a positive start

So many people really care about her but she just doesn’t believe she is worthy. I really feel quite helpless

I wish it was so easy to fix her mental health. One day at a time for now

A friend is feeing suicidal. I told her something that came to my mind many years ago. “It’s not that I want to die as such, it’s more that I don’t know how to live” She now wants to live to see what tomorrow brings. Small wins x
