The NPS has been radio silent and has not reinstated any fired workers claiming they are awaiting guidance. Not a single worker has reported being reinstated What happens if they do not follow through on the court order?

DOI/NPS did not comply with the court orders to reinstate fired park service employees by 1pm EST today. Complete radio silence from DOI as they continue to break the law.

I was fired from my career position at National Park Service in my probationary period yesterday. I’m devastated to lose my dream job. This mass firing will impact several parks here in the PNW. Please hold these billionaire bullies to account.
