A general strike in the USA is unlikely, due to culture and union weakness, and some unions are on the regime side( suicidal eh?) what a vacuum on the lib side per leadership also… my knee jerk reaction is this won’t end with out violence.

It’s a big mistake to take that 3.5 figure as a RULE. It is only an observation based on a slight majority of positive out ones. It is, in my opinion a component but not a guarantee of success. The other components are resistance small and large, and verbal calling out.

I had a prof decades ago expound on these themes. He was castigated regularly by staff and students.
