Start at grassroots and work our way up. Need to change from only working with the elite and give the other 99% of kids decent coaching.The grassroots clubs need pro help, improve the referee’s at that level to encourage risk takers. It’s not working and nothing has changed 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Scotland is obsessed with kids not being big enough.The best players in our league are tiny, the best players in the world are lightweight. Yet kids are kicked out our game.Told to toughen up by coaches and refs it’s a joke.I will never understand it, we are killing the talent

Scotland has some support but it’s unbelievable we can’t produce players to match the passion we have for the game.
