Not a sauce but I use Diamond crystal kosher salt Corse black pepper and granulated garlic powder. Mix in a shaker and apply as much as desired. Or you could fry the steak in a cast iron pan use salt and pepper then when steak is to temp add butter rosemary and thyme with a garlic clove and baste.
