This attack was triggered by the illegal deployment of national guard into DC. It was a choice made with the intention to provoke and insult. While the actual reasons of the perpetrator are not yet known, Donald Trump bears responsibility for setting up the circumstances allowing this to happen.

What about correctly labeling someone or something as Fascist? Do that one.

The majority of violent acts have both causes unique to the individual but also causes brought on by decisions made by leaders. Trump chose to put the National Guard in harms way to exploit anger rather than to reduce it. Blame the shooter of course, but bad leadership is the real cause here.
