I mean… so I’ve heard.

But reasons!!! Taking them with Nutella and bread means that my belly is full to start with, because let’s be honest, I’m not going to remember to eat while I’m riding it out. And, Nutella tastes really good.
I have also mixed them in pudding before too. I’m not a big fan of them in a tea.
