With no other information on what I might have opened, I'd go for Sab Sunen. Indestructible and Reach will combine to block Sin, and surviving long enough with her on board will let her Trample get commander damage in.

As much fun as Bruse is, it's tough to argue against the evasion on Sin, or the Indestructible frog-mom.
