Not sure if you have covered this already (I am sure you have), but maybe a long thread regarding what the cuts/changes they are making at SSA mean for your average American. Obviously, I know the answer is "bad things", but an honest opinion on "how bad" would be appreciated.

As you certainly should. I live in Ohio, so I feel similarly. I just hate that states like Alabama and Ohio seem to have an outsize influence in determining things nationally because they gerrymander. They know their ideas aren't popular, so they lie and cheat (gerrymandering is cheating) to win

From the limited bit I've seen, I'd agree, although to be fair, I haven't gotten out of the first age yet. I like the general concept, including the towns and the city growth aspect, but you're right that it needs a couple of things to make it better.
