This movie is so so good. It’s moving, equal parts respectful and skeptical of religion, and hilarious. Jud’s phone call is a scene that will stay with me for a long time. Would have been an A+ even without Daniel Craig just murdering as Blanc in every scene. Thanks for this one Rian!

The corporations that run these sites have to have some culpability for the harmful content their algorithms promote. Don’t care if shut ins post rank vomit, but I do care that corporations amplify the vomit so we all have to smell it.

Embarrassing, but it will be forgotten. At least they didn’t do anything like change the name of the entire company to Meta.

Crazy what happens when these people watch someone who isn’t just constantly lying at them. More dems should go on Fox and speak kindly and sanely. Yelling into the internet does nothing to move the needle for folks inculcated by Fox’s talking points.

We were turned away at the airport because my daughter’s passport expired in less than six months. The airline booked us on the same flight the next day. We had to get a new passport for her in less than 24 hrs. Every single government employee we dealt with was kind and helpful and made it happen.

There’s been some painful stretches for sure. I guess it’s all perspective. Even the rough patches for this team have been more entertaining than anything they were putting on the field for 20 years before it.

Watching this version of the team made me realize how entertaining the Pads have been for the past… 5 years? It’s disorienting watching this group play boring, bad baseball.
