I do things because I love taking care of people and not for acknowledgement, but when it's both expected *and* ignored, it starts to grate on me.

The "Oh, we need X." The assumption that I'll do it with that.. instead of saying "I'll be grabbing this," or even better just doing it? Don't know her. The implication of telling me we need something is that I should be handling it. That goes double for nonphysical things too.
