I think that “brainrot” as a whole has slowly evolved to become something everyone experiences from the most prevalent social medias. The constant bombarding of negative ideas for interaction, even in the form of jokes, is genuinely poison to your psyche

I felt like it was a good back and forth, but I guess that was just me. Some actions have much greater potential for social impact than others, and all actions should not be weighed the same. Unless you put in enough time and effort into “unlocking” more beneficial actions, your reach is capped

That’s just what I’ve seen from the most recent publications on long Covid. I feel like normally it would be a bigger issue with people than it is, but there’s so many issues in people’s day to day lives that it’s largely ignored

Alright then, prove me wrong. Go make a change in the world. Just because I’m not jumping on the chance to fight for your ideals, it doesn’t make me a bad person. This is what you have to overcome if you’re really willing to make a difference

I am limited by my reach, and realize my own limitations and inadequacies. My efforts are entirely focused on self improvement and the issues I care about the most. If I cannot overcome myself, I don’t dare to say I could change the world. I will fight my battles first, then care about others

You need to do more than change your behavior to make change in society. You need a strong belief in your cause, and the will to see it through. I have no intent to fight this issue, nor the will to go against the norm. You might be able to bring forth that change, but not me

Call it pragmatic or pessimistic or whatever you want, but there is no changing it. Also, no one is going to listen to you after you badmouth them, so keep it cordial if you’re really looking to make a difference
