From what I understand Rubio is basically the only member of the second Trump administration with any form of support for Ukraine, but he's basically blocked from actually doing anything by Putin sycophants who have Trump in their pocket.

Keep in mind in 1988 during the heat of the Cold War the USSR only put between 10% to 20% of it's budget on its Army.
