Or going on to eBay and finding pre-owned consoles, "complete" with 2 controllers, a memory card (VMU), the stock a/v cable, the power cable or adapter - everything is OEM - and about 10+ games, for about $20-$30 (literally the price range I paid when I got my Dreamcast in 2006).

Yeah, I would say that I do (still) like this one!

I love both NES Zelda games, but I prefer The Adventure Of Link the most.

I have always lived by, GG felt like the "okay, use it to see the whole game and get a feel for it, THEN replay the game for real / without the GG".
At least with Castlevania, I have the Disk System -

That was me, no joke, after I originally "beat" The Lost Levels in Super Mario All-Stars, over 20-25 years ago.
I have since beat both versions of that game LEGIT (SMAS and the Disk System versions), no cheating, no save stating, no rewinding, nothing.
I still wonder if I should utilize the GG for -

I still want a copy of this game badly.

- The DC, can technically run,
a PS1 emulator at slow speeds,
and a Saturn emulator at around 4 FPS or something like that,
with that Mega Everdrive Pro, I can even do Sega CD games, which the DC can't do at all for some reason.

I'm just so underwhelmed and disappointed with the DC.

But, like... the DC can't hardly emulate anything else newer than SNES and Genesis / Mega Drive stuff. And I still have SNES and Genesis consoles that still work perfectly, as well as the Mega Everdrive Pro and FXPak Pro. -

- receive my copy of Sonic Adventure in the mail, I just ordered a copy two days ago, so...
Besides that, I replaced the two CR2032 batteries in the VMU, which I think was the first time I ever have done that, but I can't remember if I ever did that before or not; I never knew that CR2032s could -

- running NES and SNES emulators and roms on it, via some boot-disc downloads I found from Zophar's Domain, and I can't remember where all I found the roms from, it doesn't matter anyway, not the point.
I hooked the DC up again, and it's basically my music CD player for the time being, until I -

I never bought more DC games beyond the, roughly 10 that came with my console (most are loose discs, that by now, don't even still work anymore, I sucked for the longest time at taking good care of them...), all that I ever used the DC for, was -

don't work (but, Space Channel 5, Test Drive 6 and Tomb Raider, all work).
Oh well, my console can read and load games burned to CD-R discs, so, I can always just do that, I guess. Authentic games for this console are just too damn expensive.
