Not bad for a run in the rain ☔️ ✅ I had to abort part of my run due to the River Stour on the grass had got very water logged due to the storm that has blown in. I ran 10miles unintentional and felt very good @ukrunchat.bsky.social @therunchat.com @worldofrunning.bsky.social

Had to throw on an extra jumper on as it’s freezing. 1st time in a while. Attempt to go for a run. Need to make a number of payments, meeting with school, reflection for work and laundry. Crazy Times.
